Assignment Details

Sign on bonus: $15,000 for external candidates

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Charge RN experience
• 5 years of Emergency Department RN experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations in the Emergency Department.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for patient care.
• Assist in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff within the department.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
