Position Summary

The Transformation Process System Specialist – ERP serves as the process and system subject matter expert (SME) for Finance systems, including the Microsoft-based ERP and home-grown tools used by Finance, supporting Gigapower's internal and external transformation of its processes and systems. This role helps stakeholders adopt what's new and retire what's old in their habits, serves as Tier 2 support, and connects the end-to-end build process to the step-by-step functions in ERP, the Portal, Vitruvi, and IQGeo. The ideal candidate brings a versatile, cross-functional skill set, develops materials that help functional teams understand and execute faster, and helps new build contractors get up to speed quickly and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

•        Serve as the process and system SME for ERP and Finance systems, supporting Finance as Gigapower transforms its internal and external processes and systems.

•        Help stakeholders adopt what's new and retire what's old in their habits, with a focus on Finance's day-to-day use of ERP and Finance systems.

•        Serve as Tier 2 support, applying an understanding of the end-to-end build process.

•        Map the end-to-end build process to the step-by-step functions in ERP, the Portal, Vitruvi, and IQGeo, with primary depth in ERP and Finance systems.

•        Develop materials that help functional teams understand and execute faster.

•        Serve as "System and Process" support at each step, troubleshooting issues and opening tickets with IT counterparts and system suppliers.

•        Collaborate on "how-to" training development across ERP, the Portal, Vitruvi, and IQGeo.

•        Help new build contractors get up to speed faster and with quality.

•        Leverage AI-enabled tools and technology to improve documentation, training materials, and user support.

Qualifications

•        Hands-on experience with ERP and finance systems, including Microsoft-based platforms, and the finance processes they support.

•        Understanding of the end-to-end build process and the ability to translate it into step-by-step system functions.

•        Experience serving as a system or process SME or Tier 2 support resource, including troubleshooting issues and opening tickets with IT teams and system suppliers.

•        Experience developing training materials, how-to guides, and process documentation that help users execute faster.

•        Ability to help stakeholders adopt new systems and processes and retire legacy habits.

•        Ability to learn the other build systems (ERP, the Portal, Vitruvi, and IQGeo) quickly and support users across them.

•        Strong communication skills and the ability to work with functional teams, IT counterparts, system suppliers, and contractors.

•        Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted tools and technology to improve productivity, analysis, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

•        Experience supporting system implementations or process transformation and change management initiatives.

•        Experience onboarding contractors or external partners to new systems and processes.

•        Experience in telecom, fiber, or construction environments.
